Well, you can in the near future. Earlier today (JAN. 16TH), the SB 6146 was pulled from the Friday agenda. Why? We will update you as information becomes available.
What we can say is for the SB 6146 to be “alive” this session, it will have to be rescheduled before February 4th, 2026 ( the Policy Committee Cutoff Date).
