Each year we host numerous continuing education opportunities, new membership recruitment experiences and two major dental hygiene meetings. Additionally, we provide a quarterly newsletter for our members, as well as host a 2.6k+ member private Facebook group exclusive to Dental Hygienists and own Meta platform public pages that have 1.2k + followers (Instagram & Facebook)

Each Spring, WDHA hosts the Symposium for Oral Healthcare Professionals in Washington State. This 2-day event is open to all dental industry professionals. This event traditionally includes full-days of continuing education opportunities, time to walk around exhibitor areas, speaking engagements and a student forum.
Each Fall, WDHA hosts a 3-day member-centric event, our annual House of Delegates. The weekend always kicks off with sponsored continuing education, and features multiple sponsorship opportunities including a student lunch and Presidential dinner.
Our events and speaker line-ups are coordinated by our Speaker of the House and Education committee chair.
